Gregory K. Tse

Gregory Tse founded CAREPA in 1980. He Has been a real estate broker for over 30 years.

Born and educated in Hong Kong, Gregory Tse migrated to the United States in 1968. After graduation from college, he first served with the Hong Kong Government and then joined a corporate law firm with a view to becoming a solicitor (corporate attorney). In 1968, instead of going to London for his final law examination, he migrated to the United States. He did graduate work at California State University. Gregory is a credentialed teacher with the State of California and taught a few years at the Los Angeles School District.

He was the manager of Mandarin Realty in the early seventy and then started his own Wing On Realty in 1979. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Golden Security Bank.
