 Jacqueline Cheou (Treasurer)
Jacqueline Cheou is the Escrow Manager of Champion Escrow, Inc. located in Temple City, California. She is a Certified Escrow Officer, professionally designated by the California Escrow Association. With fifteen years of experience in the escrow business, she has closed many different types of escrows, including residential, commercial and industrial sales and refinances. She has also handled countless escrows for new subdivisions, vacant parcels and transfers of small businesses such as local family restaurants, liquor license, laundry service, and various franchises for the food industry, gas stations and car washes. Jacqueline maintains the highest level of integrity in her work and perpetually strives to deliver superb customer service. Although she loves doing escrows for a living, her ultimate living goal is to be an advocate on global warming issues. She is a member of the California Escrow Association, the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, and an affiliate member of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors. Jacqueline has served on the Board of Directors of CAREPA since 2002. |
