 Jenny Hsieh
Jenny Hsieh brings over 16 years of experience in the banking, asset management, accounting, and real estate industries to Grand Valley Real Estate, Inc. & KF Financial, Inc. As a seasoned manager and broker, Jenny has been an active member in various local and state Realtor® associations. Jenny served as the 2005 President of the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA) and is currently on the 2007 Board of Directors. CAREPA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance business opportunities and success in the real estate industry through adherence to ethical behavior, professional standards and business network. Jenny has also served on the Board of Directors of the Arcadia Association of Realtors® and was the Vice President & Tech Committee Chairman in 2005 and Tech Committee Chairman in 2004.
Before founding Grand Valley Real Estate, Inc. & KF Financial, Inc. in 2002, Jenny gained considerable skills and experiences at Long Dragon Realty in Arcadia, and Century 21 Masters Realty in San Marino, where she handled all aspects of property due diligence through the close of escrow. Prior to that, Jenny performed investment and asset management at Pacific Gemini Partners in Los Angeles, in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer. Jenny’s extensive work experience includes working for Arthur Andersen in their business consulting division prior to Pacific Gemini Partners. Her banking background includes Wells Fargo Bank, CenFed Bank, United National Bank and Hotchkis & Wiley/ Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles. Jenny’s bicultural and bilingual background, solid management skills, and emphasis on customer service, reflect the values of Grand Valley Real Estate, Inc. & KF Financial, Inc. to serve clients individually and with the highest regard for their real estate & financial needs. |
