Lucia Tam (Secretary) REALTOR®
Born in Panama, Lucia came to the U.S. over 30 years ago and studied at the University of Southern California in Business Administration, Finance & Economics. In real estate for more than 25 years, she has extensive experience in real estate sales, development, construction and management. Her ability to speak Spanish, English and Chinese has been a great asset in her career. |
Lucia works along with local, state and federal elected officials and public agencies. She is currently the Vice-Chair of Metro Transportation Advisory Council, director of CALTRANS Small Business Advisory Council and Executive Officer of Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACP) and Chinese Real Estate Professionals Association (CAREPA) and China Unity Association of Greater Los Angeles, USA. |
